  2. Who Can Use Our Service Comedy Seat™ You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering into binding contracts.
  3. Comedy Seat™ Key Definitions
  • User: Anyone who visits or interacts with our site.
  • Organizer: A user who creates and manages events on our platform.
  • PayPal & Stripe: Our third-party payment processors that handles all monetary transactions. Currently PayPal is the active processor.
  • Device: Any computer, phone, tablet, or other technology you use to access the site.
  1. Comedy Seat™ Payment Processing and Payouts Currently We use PayPal to process all payments. If you’re a Organizer:
  • You must create a PayPal account to receive earnings from ticket sales.
  • If you do not set up a PayPal account, you will not be able to collect any payouts.
  • By using our platform, you agree to PayPal’s terms and conditions, which govern your financial transactions.
  1. Comedy Seat™ Organizer Event Creation and Ticket Sales
  • Organizers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of event information.
  • You must not sell tickets to fraudulent or nonexistent events.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any event listings we deem suspicious or in violation of our policies.
  1. Comedy Seat™ Refunds and Cancellations
  • Refund policies are determined by the individual Organizer | Promoter and must be clearly stated on the event page.
  • Comedy Seat™ is not responsible for issuing refunds unless stated otherwise.
  • In case of event cancellation, it is the Organizer’s duty to notify attendees and handle refunds appropriately.
  1. Comedy Seat™ Fees
  • Comedy Seat™ may charge service or transaction fees.
  • These fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout or event creation process.
  1. Comedy Seat™ Account Suspension and Termination We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:
  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent behavior
  • Misuse the Service in any way

Upon termination, your access to Comedy Seat™ the Service will stop immediately, and any unpaid balances or obligations will still apply.

  1. Comedy Seat™ Intellectual Property – All content on our website—including logos, graphics, and software—is owned or licensed by Comedy Seat™. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.
